Delivery and Returns
Validated orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Please note that during collection launches, private sales or sales, this delay may be extended.
The shipping costs of each carrier are automatically calculated according to the weight and volume of your package at the Delivery Method stage of your order.
You can also use your usual carrier, just select the option Your carrier and indicate it in the comments and add an account number if necessary.

Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours after the order is shipped
Delivery time: 24 hours for all orders placed before 12:00

Delivery time: 3 to 10 working days depending on the delivery zone

To make a return
You have 15 working days after receiving your order (date indicated on your tracking) to make your return request.
To return an item, it is IMPERATIVE to contact us by Whatsapp at +33 7 83 73 88 97, by email at email@example.com or via our contact form in order to inform our team of your return.
Please attach a copy of the invoice to your package indicating the references concerned and the reason for return, which will allow us to process your return as soon as possible, and return your package to us at the following address:

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
International and Dom-Tom
The customs declaration must mention that it is a customer return and the reason for the return. Make sure that no charges are applicable upon receipt of the package. In case of charges upon receipt of the package, the package will be systematically refused.
Conditions of return
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any article without label, incomplete, worn, damaged or stained will not be taken back. We reserve the right to refuse the returned item or to re-invoice the dry-cleaning fees in case of non-respect of the return conditions.
You have one week to send your package after validation of your return request.
After reception and validation of the returned items, your credit note is issued within 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation message or email including your credit note.
Please note that during private sales, sales periods or the day after a collection is put online, this period may be extended to 5 working days.
Track my return
Do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you still have not received a confirmation of your return within the indicated time frame and your package is marked as Delivered by your carrier.

Incorrect or faulty item
If one of the items you received has a defect or is different from the one you purchased, we invite you to contact our customer service directly with a photo of the product received, and which will indicate the steps to follow. We will then proceed to the verification of the latter and will be able if you wish to make an exchange or issue a credit note of the product according to availability.
