How do I create my professional account?
Click on the "My account" logo on the top right and click on "Create an account" in the Authentication section on the left. Fill in the registration form, then click on "Register" at the bottom of the page. It is imperative to indicate the SIRET number or the VAT number, otherwise your request will not be processed.
Your request will be processed within 24 hours. Once your account is activated, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to log in to access the site.
How do I log in to my account?
Click on the "My account" logo on the top right and enter the e-mail address and password you provided when you registered.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can obtain it by e-mail on the login page by clicking on the "Forgot your password? You will receive a new password by e-mail by clicking on the link provided.

How do I change my personal information?
If your personal information has changed, you can change it by logging in and going to the "My Account" area and clicking on "Information". You just have to modify the information to be edited in the desired fields and then save the changes made by clicking on the "Save" button.
I want to delete my customer account, what is the procedure?

Can I cancel or modify an order?
Once the order has been validated, you cannot make any changes. If your package has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact customer service at email@example.com, via the contact form or by phone at +33 1 43 52 98 98 as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it will be impossible to cancel or modify your order.
Is my cart reserved?
The items in your cart are not reserved. As long as they are in your cart, they are offered to all our customers.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum purchase amount, however all our products are sold in packages of 4 or 6 pieces. The prices displayed are unit prices excluding taxes (H.T.), when you add an item in your cart it will be automatically added in package.
My product is unavailable, how to know if it will be online again ?
Do not hesitate to create an alert by clicking on "Notify me when the product is available" in order to be informed when it is back in stock.

Is the online payment secure?
All transactions are 100% secure. We use SSL encryption technology to ensure that your banking data is protected. These data do not transit on our site and are inaccessible to a third party.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your purchases by :

How do I get my invoice?
Go to your account, in the "My Documents" section and download the invoice corresponding to the order concerned.
When will my order be shipped?
Our team is working hard to prepare your order as soon as possible. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Please note that during collection launches, private sales or sales, this delay may be extended.

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
You can also go to the "Order History and Details" section of your account to check the status of your order and access your tracking information.
I am worried because I did not receive my package, what should I do?
First of all, check the routing of your package with the tracking number, if no information is indicated, we invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form or at email@example.com.
My package is being returned to the sender, what should I do?
Don't worry, our customer service will contact you as soon as we receive your package to arrange a second shipment.
How to make a return ?
You have 15 working days after receipt of your order (date indicated on your tracking) to make your request for return.
You then have one week to send your package.

What is the delay ?
After reception and validation of the returned items, your credit note is issued within 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation message or email including your credit. Please note that during private sales, sales periods or the day after a collection is put online, this period can be extended to 5 working days.

How do I track my return?
Do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you still have not received a confirmation of your return within the indicated time and your package is marked as delivered by your carrier. What to do in case of error or problem with an item?
If one of the items you received has a defect or is different from the one you purchased, we invite you to contact our customer service directly with a photo of the product received, and which will indicate the steps to follow. We will then proceed to the verification of the latter and will be able, if you wish, to make an exchange or issue a credit note for the product, depending on availability..
